1:

Arms make undulating movements imitating the flight of a bird. The wrists are being the most active: go up above and down below their horizontal position.

Arms make the same movement.

The right foot steps.

Movements 1 and 2 make up a cycle which repeats 15 times. The second movement of cycle 15 (movement 30) is transition to FP.
