TEXT

1:
Every day new blessing brings,
Every perfect day of spring:
Singing waters, bubbling springs,
Heaven and earth with music ring.
Every human heart is gay (glad)
When we dance and sing in May.
Angels spread their glistening wings
Over every soul that sings.

2:
Then God whispers in your heart,
“Love divine today you start,
Praise with song the life you’re given,
Bless each soul upon your path,
Ever grateful, ever glad;
Ever grateful, ever glad.”

3: Same as 1
4: Same as 2
5: Same as 1

IDEA

We maintain balance and disposition in every circumstance, alone and with our partner. This is an exercise about a stable nervous system that helps us keep our physical, mental and emotional balance so that we behave in a balanced way and make our day beautiful. In the language of gesture this is a balance exercise performed alone and with a partner: while standing on one leg we place hands on hips, or extend arms, or hold our partner's hands.

We lift one leg alternatively up in the air and squat on the other, bending knee. These movements on one leg while the other in the air, give correct outlet of the nervous energy. The volition is strengthened and volition activity is improved. These movements improve the nervous system and magnetize it. In this way one can evaluate correctly his/her action, see what is right and what is wrong and improve it at the same time. (Beinsa Douno, Paneurhythmy, Sofia 1938)
