The arms are folded in the elbows. The palms are placed on the chest and touch it, slightly curved, fingers pointing upwards. The elbows are close to the body.

The wight is on the left foot, the right foot is forward, ready to step.

 

1:

(transition) 

The arms unfold from the chest: the right arm moves forward and upwards to a vertical position, palm forwards, while the left arm moves forward and downwards and slightly to the back (within the outlines of the body), palm to the back. Palms are stretched, fingers together.

The right foot steps.

The left arm moves forward and upwards vertically. Simultaneously the right arm moves forward and downwards and slightly to the back. The arms are stretched in the elbows, wrists and palms.

The right arm moves forward and upwards vertically. Simultaneously the left arm moves forward and downwards and slightly to the back. The arms are stretched in the elbows, wrists and palms.

26 (transition):

The left arm makes two movements: first forward and upwards vertically and next rapidly forward and downwards and slightly to the back. Simultaneously the right arm moves forward and downwards and slightly to the back at normal speed.

VERSION:

For movement 26 (transition):

The right arm moves forward and downwards and slightly to the back. The left arm does not move, but remains down, waiting for the right arm to reach the same position.

The left foot steps.
