1.Analysis of the subject

The modern development of human civilization refers to the progressive increase of knowledge. New interdependencies come into force. Conditions are created for a more comprehensive insight and adequate understanding of various doctrines for harmonious development of individuals and human societies. In spite of the colossal volume of knowledge gathered and the rapid development of science a considerable number of doctrines and practices that proved their efficiency in life are not accepted by most people yet. They do this because they don't understand them and because they are not familiar with their essence. In most cases the lack of the necessary scientific knowledge leads to denying the efficiency of these practices. Therefore, it is necessary to have scientific proves and this is most often done through complex researches.

Paneurhythmy is one of the practices regarded as a system for harmonious development of humans and society. This unique Bulgarian system, that includes various exercises made with music and specific words, has a very strong positive versatile influence on the individual and the groups practising paneurhythmy. The basic factors for Paneurhythmy's impact are words, speech and movement. The other factors for influence are the time and place for performing Paneurhythmy, age, education and gender of the performers and especially their firm belief in the positive impact and desire to participate in Paneurhythmy and others.

2.Experimental study of Paneurhythmy

In order to prove the efficiency of Paneurthymhy’s impact comprehensive studies have been made with the active participation of engineer Antoaneta Yankova, chairperson of the Institute for research and application of Paneurhythmy between 2000-2009 under the scientific guidance of the National Academy of sports “ Vasil Levsky”. A comprehensive methodology for study through observation, conversation and questionnaire has been applied. There have been measure the changes in the basic indicators of psychological development, physical activity, interpersonal relations, anxiety, aggression, self-esteem and mood when practicing Paneurhythmy. The development of 40 persons has been analysed as a result of Paneurhythmy’s impact. There have been studied the therapeutic potential of Paneurhythmy in various illnesses.

Measuring the various indicators was done by standardized methods /tests/. For measuring life energies the aparatus Biotest MK-02, version CBH-1 was applied. To do this 20 acupuncture points were measured that give information about the condition of all organs and systems in human organism. Later there was used the diagnostic-and-therapeutic aparatus PERSVET which has much bigger potential for diagnosis and therapy. The tests were done in various situations of the organism – before, after, a couple of days after making the exercise of Paneurhythmy or after a longer period of practicing it.

The results obtained from the study have been analyzed through a variation and correlation analysis.

There have been studied school children from first until twelfth grade, women and men of various ages. The basic tests were done in implementing the Program “Health through exercices in nature”, organized by the Institute for studying and applying Paneurhythmy at 7 mountain camps between 2000 and 2009. In this period 280 teachers completed a course in Paneurhythmy in Vasil Levski National Sports Academy. There were held three national conferences with the topic “Paneurhythmy as a system for harmonious development of man and society”. There have been published three books with the scientific papers from the conferences.

3.Paneurhythmy’s impact on psychic development, physical activity and man’s health

There have been carried out comprehensive studies on the impact of Paneurhythmy on psyche. Considerable positive changes of the studied indicators as a result of practising Paneurhythmy have been discovered. The perception of time elapse and the accuracy of perceiving movement have been improved.

Paneurhthmy has affected strongly the development of attention qualities and characteristics. Making various Paneurhythmic exercises has to do with pulling up psychic power and higher psychic activity on behalf of the participants. Making these exercises in synchrony and with musical accompaniment requires more concentration and endurance. One develops intensity and focuses attention. All these positive changes of the characteristics of attention express and reveal the increase of psychic efficiency. Since attention is the basic organiser of psychic activity, it is logical to expect changes in the remaining psychic indicators. As a result of practising Paneurhythmy one improve his memory. The impact on visual memory is stronger.

Paneurhythmy has a powerful impact on notions and imagination. The people who are tested create their visual and hearing notions much quicker and clearer. Paneurhythmy has a particularly favorable impact on imagination. Much stronger has it influenced visual imagination, together with it one develops creative skills as well.

It has been found out that Paneuthythmy influences thinking positively which stimulates positive emotions. Much stronger is the impact on the superior psychic operations like synthesis and summarizing.

Practising Paneurhythmy influences the mental development of children from special schools. One can say that Paneurhythmy is a reliable correction-and-compensation method.

Interesting for practice are the proves of the positive influence of Paneurhythmy on anticipation (foresight and premonitions). Making anticipation processes clearer has o do with the development of imagination as a result of systematic practice of Paneurhythmy.

It has been found out that, as a result of the impact of Paneurhythmy one improves the cognitive structure of his psyche. The increased number and power of correlation of cognitive processes is a prove of more sophisticated structure and more efficient activity.

Paneurhythmy has a very powerful on influence emotions and feelings. In the process of performing Paneurhythmic exercises with the accompaniment of music and words one suppresses negative emotions like anger, hatred, anxiety and fear. One activates positive emotions like joy, affection, bravery and calmness. Together with this a man lowers his psychic tension as well.

One has to make a point that suppressing negative emotions and activating the positive ones has a significant importance for improving one’s health. The conclusions American scientists make about the important role of emotions for man’s health are of fundamental importance. In fact, it is one’s emotions that play the basic role for his future development and health. Negative emotions

lead to illness and the positive ones – to healthy being. That is why Paneurhythmy has immense importance for keeping up people’s health.

Emotions are an indicator for the life energies being dominant in a human. Positive emotions express the dominance of positive life energies that determine the efficient functioning of organs and systems of one’s organism. If negative emotions dominate this expresses negative life energies where organs and systems of a man’s organism don’t function efficiently. In cases of longer disorder the respective organs become ill.

It has been found out that emotions play a significant role by way of the cellular  membrane when particular genes are activated. In negative emotions the genes responsible for a particular disease are activated, while in positive emotions there are activated the genes responsible for a man to recover quicker and get well. The strongest positive impact is made by the positive emotional experiences like affection and joy, while the strongest negative one is caused by the negative emotions hatred and anger.

The strongest influence on emotions is exerted by thoughts. When it refers to the destructive processes like lying, irony and haughtiness, emotions tend to be negative. When thinking is directed to good deeds like help – emotions are positive. Gathering knowledge and seeking truth is positive thinking. Fight with ignorance is one of the most positive mental activities. That is why what a person thinks has such an importance for one’s development and health.

Paneurhythmy’s words have positive contents. Therefore, the thinking process is positive and positive emotional experiences are formed which is an indicator for the domination of positive life energies. Organs recover and function in a relevant way. A man is healthy and happy.

Paneurhythmy has a powerful influence also on man’s will. In the process of the consecutive performance of the specific Paneurhythmic exercises the volitional qualities like discipline, persistence, confidence, insistence, initiative, determination, patience and others are developed step by step. The negative qualities like lack of confidence, suggestibility and cowardice are suppressed. One develops significantly social and psychic qualities like sense of friendship, sociability, support, responsibility and others.

The development of volitional qualities is determined to a large extent by the long (about 90 minutes) consecutive performance of 30 exercises with increasing difficulty which requires also greater effort. Therefore, when one makes greater psychic and physical effort in performing the Paneurhythmic exercises together with the harmonious music and positive words, volitional qualities are also developed. Both cognitive and emotional qualities of a personality develop as well. The strength of the interconneciton between those is improved. The psyche of the people practising Paneurhythmy is perfected.

Together with the development of social and psychic qualities interconnections in human communities are improved too.

Paneurhythmy has a positive influence also on the development of motor qualities like durability, agility, flexibility, strength and swiftness. There is a base for a more efficient performance of various physical (practical) activities. The interconnections between motor and psychic qualities increase.

It has been found out that Paneurhythmy has a broad prophylactic effect. It is logical to expect such an effect since with the increase of interconnections between these qualities the psycho-physical structure of a personality is improved. A man's health improves.

These facts and connections are proved also by the apparatus measuring of the increase and balancing of life energies of organs and systems in human organism. It has been found out that in performing the paneurhythmic exercises all organs are adequately charged with the necessary life energies. In systematic performance of Paneurhythmy one's health improves significantly.

Therefore, Paneurhythmy is a reliable system for the harmonious development of humans and society.
