The right arm is bent in the elbow, the forearm horizontal and parallel to the body; the palm is down, in the middle of the chest, fingers together and stretched. The left arm is on the hip, thumb to the back, fingers together to the front; the elbow is to the side.

The left foot has stepped, the right foot is forward and ready to step.

 

1:

The right arm unfolds in the elbow horizontally forward and sideways, and, stretched, moves horizontally to the side, with palm down, fingers together. The left remains on the hip.

The right foot steps.

2:

The right arm folds smoothly to retrace its way to SP. The left remains on the hip.

The left foot steps.

Movements 1 and 2 make up a cycle which repeats 9,5 times (10 times the right arm unfolds to the side). The last movement of part one is 19.

The left arm unfolds in the elbow horizontally forward and sideways, and, stretched, moves on horizontally to the side, with palm down, fingers together. The right hand remains on the hip.
